1. 安全提示
为确保您下榻期间愉快而安全，敬请与我们合作并遵守以下措施：

1. 请将现金、珠宝等贵重物品存放在前台保险箱内。

2. 若您不希望接听电话，请通知酒店总机。

3. 所有酒店员工均身着制服并佩戴胸牌。如遇未佩戴者，请勿允许其进入您的房间。

4. 请勿轻信推销免费旅游或其他服务的电话。如频繁受到此类打扰，请通知大堂副理。

5. 如发现任何可疑情况或人物，请立即通知大堂副理。

6. 请随身妥善保管房卡，切勿交予他人。离店时，请务必将房卡交回前台收银处。

7. 客房内备有消防应急面具，非紧急情况请勿动用。

8. 离开房间或夜间休息前，请关好门窗。请注意当地天气变化，保重身体。外出游览时，请注意饮食卫生与人身安全。

2. 宾客须知

1. 酒店设有消防栓、灭火器等消防设施，请勿随意挪动或使用。

2. 请勿将易燃、易爆、有毒及放射性物品带入酒店。未经许可，禁止在客房内使用大功率电器烹煮食物或从事其他活动。

3. 携带枪支、弹药必须向公安机关登记，并按规定由其代为保管。

4. 严禁在店内进行赌博、嫖娼、卖淫、盗窃、吸毒、走私贩私等一切违法犯罪活动。

5. 违反《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》者，将受到相应处罚。

6. 请勿携带宠物进入酒店。

7. 办理入住时，请出示身份证、护照或其他有效证件。

8. 请勿让未经登记的访客在您房间过夜，或将房间转租他人。

9. 进入房间后，请检查房内物品是否齐全、设施设备有无损坏、功能是否正常。如有问题，请立即通知客房服务中心。

10. 请节约用水用电，用后随时关闭。如遇停水停电，请特别留意，以免发生意外。

11. 请勿在室内或房门上乱涂乱画、张贴广告或胶带，以免污损墙面和房门。

12. 请勿在床上吸烟或乱扔烟头，以免烫坏或污损家具、地毯、墙纸及床上用品。请勿将饮料、茶水、染料等泼洒在地毯或床上。

13. 淋浴时请关好淋浴间门，防止水溅到卫生间地面，以免滑倒或浸湿地毯。

14. 请勿让您的孩子独自在酒店公共区域或客房内玩耍，以免发生意外。

15. 根据公安机关规定，所有访客请在晚上11点前离开客房。

16. 退房时，请您协助服务员检查是否有物品遗落。

3. 安保
酒店安保人员与覆盖公共区域的监控系统，为您提供全天候的安全保障。为保障您的安全，请务必在房内锁好双重门锁，并在确认访客身份后再开门。

4. 火警预防与应急

1. 如遇火警，切勿使用电梯。酒店每个楼层均设有安全出口和紧急疏散通道。请查阅您房门背后的紧急疏散示意图，并使用离您最近的通道撤离。

2. 为预防火灾，客房内严禁使用明火、烹煮食物及使用大功率电器。请勿存放易燃易爆物品，请勿在床上吸烟。

3. 酒店每间客房均安装有烟雾报警器。当烟雾浓度超标时，报警器将自动报警，相关人员会迅速赶往现场处置。

4. 酒店配备了先进的火灾报警系统，我们训练有素的员工能应对任何紧急情况。酒店各区域，包括客房，均装有烟雾报警器与自动喷淋装置。所有火警监测点实行24小时监控。如遇紧急情况，酒店会通过公共广播系统进行通知。

5. 火警应急行动指南

如果您无法离开房间：

1. 留守房内：如无法撤离，您的房间是最安全的避难所。

2. 关闭空调：关闭空调，以防烟雾进入房间。

3. 密封门缝：用湿毛巾、床单或毯子堵住门缝，防止烟雾渗入。

4. 移除窗帘：摘除所有窗帘，避免火势通过窗户蔓延时被引燃。

5. 储水备用：在浴缸中放满水，将垃圾桶等容器放在附近以备舀水，用于浸湿衣物和密封门缝。

6. 发出信号：在窗口挥动床单等醒目物品，向消防人员示意房内有人。

7. 低姿呼吸：身体尽量贴近地面，用湿布捂住口鼻呼吸。

8. 降温处理：可用容器向发热的门、墙等表面泼水降温。

9. 勿破窗户：除非万不得已，不要打破窗户，以免外部浓烟涌入。

10. 保持镇定：保持冷静，不要慌乱。实际危险通常比想象的要小。

如果您被要求疏散：

1. 带上房卡：离开时请随身携带房卡。

2. 触摸试探：用手背试探门把手的温度。如果发烫，切勿开门。

3. 小心开门：如果门不烫，请小心开启，注意观察门外是否有浓烟。

4. 遇火折返：如门外有明火或浓烟，应立即关闭房门，退回房内。

5. 贴墙撤离：疏散时请紧贴墙壁行进。如环境黑暗或有烟，沿墙壁向楼下移动，因为低层空气通常更好。

6. 谨慎下楼：打开紧急出口门前先试探温度，并注意楼梯间是否有浓烟。如楼梯安全，可向下直通底层。如下行途中遇浓烟，应立即寻找其他无烟通道。切勿试图穿越浓烟。

7. 禁用电梯：火警时，严禁使用电梯。

如发现紧急出口堵塞：
          请返回您的房间。如果楼梯间充满浓烟，紧急出口无法通行，返回房间是您最安全的选择。

如您发现火灾：

1. 立即报警：如在房内发现火情或浓烟，请立即通知客房服务中心。

2. 手动报警：如在走廊，请击碎最近紧急出口附近的火警手动报警器玻璃，按下按钮。

3. 隔离火源：如有可能，请关闭起火区域的门窗，以阻止火势蔓延。

4. 谨慎灭火：在确保自身安全的前提下，可使用灭火器尝试扑救初起小火。

5. 果断逃生：若火势已大，请立即撤离大楼。

6. 带好房卡：撤离时务必携带房卡。建议在房内固定位置存放房卡，便于拿取。

在您入住期间，请特别留意：

1. 离您房间最近的火灾紧急出口的位置。

2. 从您房间到紧急出口需经过的门数。

3. 紧急出口的开启方式和楼梯状况。

4. 最近的火灾报警器、灭火器及消防栓的位置。

5. 如何关闭您房间的空调。

1. Safety Tips
For your enjoyment and safety during your stay, we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to the following measures:

1. Please store cash, jewelry, and other valuables in the safety deposit boxes at the Front Desk.

2. If you do not wish to receive phone calls, please inform the Hotel Operator.

3. All hotel staff are required to wear uniforms and name badges. Do not permit anyone without proper identification to enter your room.

4. Please be cautious of unsolicited phone calls offering free tours or other services. Notify the Assistant Manager if you receive such calls frequently.

5. If you notice any suspicious circumstances or individuals, please inform the Assistant Manager immediately.

6. Please keep your room key card with you at all times and do not give it to others. Upon checkout, please return your key card to the Front Desk Cashier.

7. A fire escape mask is provided in your room for emergency use only.

8. Please ensure all windows and doors are closed securely before leaving your room or retiring for the night. Please be mindful of local weather changes and take care of your health. When going out, please pay attention to food hygiene and personal safety.

2. Guest Regulations

1. Fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, and other firefighting equipment are installed throughout the hotel. Please do not misuse or tamper with them.

2. Flammable, explosive, poisonous, and radioactive materials are strictly prohibited on the premises. The use of high-power electrical appliances for cooking or other purposes in guest rooms is forbidden without prior permission.

3. Possession of firearms and ammunition must be registered with and held by the Public Security Bureau in accordance with regulations.

4. Illegal activities including gambling, prostitution, theft, drug use, trafficking, and smuggling are strictly prohibited.

5. Violations of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishments" will be subject to corresponding penalties.

6. Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

7. Please present your ID card, passport, or other valid identification upon check-in.

8. Please do not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight in your room or sublet the room to others.

9. Upon entering your room, please check if all items are present, and if all facilities and equipment are undamaged and functional. Please report any issues to the Housekeeping Center immediately.

10. Please conserve water and electricity by turning off taps and switches after use. Please be cautious during water or power outages to prevent accidents.

11. Please do not draw graffiti on walls or doors, or post advertisements/stickers, to avoid damaging surfaces.

12. Please refrain from smoking in bed or discarding cigarette butts indiscriminately to prevent burning or soiling furniture, carpets, wallpaper, and bedding. Avoid spilling beverages, tea, dyes, etc., on carpets or beds.

13. Please keep the shower door closed while bathing to prevent water from splashing onto the bathroom floor, reducing slip hazards and avoiding soaking the carpet.

14. Please do not let your children play unattended in public areas or guest rooms to prevent accidents.

15. According to Public Security Bureau regulations, all visitors must leave guest rooms by 11:00 PM.

16. Upon checkout, please assist our staff in checking the room for any left-behind items.

3. Security
Hotel security personnel and CCTV monitoring in public areas provide 24-hour safety assurance. For your safety, please always engage the double lock in your room and verify the identity of any visitor before opening the door.

4. Fire Prevention & Emergency

1. In case of a fire alarm, DO NOT USE THE ELEVATORS. Safety exits and emergency evacuation routes are located on every floor. Please refer to the Emergency Evacuation Plan posted on your room door and use the route nearest to you.

2. To prevent fires, the use of open flames, cooking, and high-power appliances in guest rooms is prohibited. Do not store flammable or explosive materials. Smoking in bed is forbidden.

3. Every guest room is equipped with a smoke detector. It will activate automatically if smoke density exceeds a safe level, alerting our staff who will respond promptly.

4. The hotel is equipped with a state-of-the-art fire alarm system, and our trained staff are prepared for any emergency. Smoke detectors and automatic sprinklers are installed throughout the hotel, including all guest rooms. All fire detection points are monitored 24/7. In an emergency, announcements will be made via the public address system.

5. Fire Emergency Procedures

If you cannot leave your room:

1. Stay Inside: If evacuation is impossible, your room is the safest refuge.

2. Turn off A/C: Switch off the air conditioning to prevent smoke from entering.

3. Seal Gaps: Use wet towels, sheets, or blankets to block gaps around the door and prevent smoke seepage.

4. Remove Curtains: Take down curtains to prevent them from igniting if fire approaches the window.

5. Fill the Bathtub: Fill the bathtub with water. Keep wastebaskets or buckets nearby to wet items and seal doors.

6. Signal for Help: Wave a sheet or other visible item from the window to alert firefighters of your presence.

7. Stay Low: Keep low to the floor where the air is cleaner. Cover your nose and mouth with a damp cloth.

8. Cool Surfaces: Use containers to throw water on hot surfaces like doors and walls.

9. Don't Break Windows: Avoid breaking windows unless absolutely necessary, as this may allow smoke to enter.

10. Stay Calm: Remain calm. The actual danger is often less than perceived.

If instructed to evacuate:

1. Take Your Key Card: Bring your room key card with you.

2. Feel the Door: Use the back of your hand to feel the door and doorknob. If they are hot, do not open it.

3. Open Cautiously: If the door is cool, open it cautiously, checking for smoke in the corridor.

4. If in Doubt, Stay: If you encounter flames or heavy smoke outside, close the door immediately and stay in your room.

5. Stay Close to Walls: When evacuating, stay close to the walls. If dark or smoky, crawl along the wall downwards towards fresher air.

6. Descend with Care: Feel emergency exit doors before opening. Check stairwells for smoke. If clear, proceed down to the ground level. If you encounter smoke while descending, seek an alternative smoke-free route. NEVER attempt to run through thick smoke.

7. DO NOT USE ELEVATORS.

If you find an emergency exit blocked:
Return to your room. If stairwells are smoke-filled or exits are blocked, your room is the safest place.

If you discover a fire:

1. Alert Immediately: If you see smoke or fire in your room, call the Housekeeping Center immediately.

2. Activate Alarm: If in the corridor, break the glass on the nearest manual fire alarm call point (near exits) and press the button.

3. Contain Fire: If safe to do so, close all doors in the fire area to prevent spread.

4. Fight Small Fires: Use a fire extinguisher on small fires ONLY if it is safe to do so.

5. Evacuate: If the fire is large, evacuate the building immediately if possible.

6. Take Your Key Card: Always take your key card when evacuating. We recommend keeping it in a consistent, easily accessible location in your room.

During your stay, please take note of:

1. The location of the nearest fire emergency exit.

2. The number of doors between your room and the emergency exit.

3. How to open the emergency exit and the condition of the stairwell.

4. The location of the nearest fire alarm, fire extinguisher, and fire hose.

5. How to turn off the air conditioning in your room.

8. 외출 또는 취침 전 문과 창문을 꼭 닫아 주십시오. 현지 기후 변화에 유의하시고 건강을 잘 챙기십시오. 외출 시에는 식품 위생과 개인 안전에 주의를 기울여 주십시오.

2. 고객 주의사항

1. 호텔 내 소화전, 소화기 등 소방 설비가 설치되어 있습니다. 함부로 사용하거나 이동시키지 마십시오.

2. 인화성, 폭발성, 유독성, 방사성 물질은 호텔 내 반입을 금합니다. 허가 없이 객실에서 고전력 전기 기기를 사용하여 조리 등 행위를 하는 것을 금지합니다.

3. 총기 및 탄약 소지는 공안부서에 등록하고 관련 규정에 따라 위탁 보관해야 합니다.

4. 도박, 매춘, 절도, 마약, 밀수 등 모든 불법 범죄 활동을 엄격히 금합니다.

5. 「중화인민공화국 치안관리 처벌법」을 위반할 경우 해당 법률에 따라 처벌을 받게 됩니다.

6. 애완동물은 호텔 내로 반입할 수 없습니다.

7. 체크인 시 신분증, 여권 기타 유효한 신분 증명서를 제시해 주십시오.

8. 미등록 고객이 객실에 숙박하거나 객실을 타인에게 재임대하는 행위를 금지합니다.

9. 입실 후 객실 내 비품이 완비되었는지, 시설과 설비에 손상이 없고 정상 작동하는지 확인해 주십시오. 문제가 있을 경우 즉시 하우스키핑 센터로 연락 주십시오.

15. 체크아웃 시 직원과 함께 유류품 여부를 확인하는 데 협조해 주십시오.

3. 보안

4. 화재 예방 및 비상 시 대처

1. 화재 경보가 발생하면 엘리베이터를 절대 사용하지 마십시오. 모든 층에 비상구와 대피 통로가 마련되어 있습니다. 객실 문 뒤의 비상 대피도 를 참조하시어 가장 가까운 통로를 이용해 주십시오.

2. 화재 예방을 위해 객실 내에서의 화기 사용, 조리, 고전력 기기 사용을 금합니다. 인화성, 폭발성 물질을 보관하지 마십시오. 침대에서의 흡연을 금합니다.

3. 모든 객실에 연기 감지기가 설치되어 있습니다. 연기 농도가 기준을 초과하면 자동으로 작동하며, 직원들이 즉시 현장으로 출동할 것입니다.

4. 호텔에는 최신식 화재 경보 시스템이 설치되어 있으며, 훈련된 직원들이 비상 상황에 대비하고 있습니다. 객실을 포함한 호텔 전 구역에 연기 감지기와 자동 스프링클러가 설치되어 있습니다. 모든 화재 감지점은 24시간 모니터링됩니다. 비상 시에는 공용 방송 시스템을 통해 안내됩니다.

5. 화재 비상 시 행동 요령

객실을 떠날 수 없는 경우:

1. 객실에 대기: 대피가 불가능할 경우, 객실이 가장 안전한 대피처입니다.

2. 에어컨 끄기: 연기가 유입되는 것을 막기 위해 에어컨을 꺼 주십시오.

3. 문틀 밀폐: 젖은 수건, 침대 시트 또는 담요로 문틈을 막아 연기 유입을 방지하십시오.

4. 커튼 제거: 화염이 창문으로 번질 경우를 대비해 모든 커튼을 제거하십시오.

5. 물 저장: 욕조에 물을 가득 채우고, 쓰레기통 등 물을 푸는 도구를 가까이 두어 문틀 밀폐 등에 사용하십시오.

6. 구조 신호: 창문 밖으로 침대 시트 등을 흔들어 소방관에게 신호를 보내십시오.

7. 낮은 자세: 대기 시 바닥에 낮추고, 젖은 천으로 입과 코를 가려 호흡하십시오.

8. 냉각: 문, 벽 등 뜨거워진 표면에 물을 뿌려 냉각시키십시오.

9. 창문 깨지 않기: 어쩔 수 없는 경우가 아니라면 창문을 깨지 마십시오. 외부 연기가 유입될 수 있습니다.

10. 침착 유지: 당황하지 말고 침착하십시오. 실제 위험은 생각보다 적은 경우가 많습니다.

대피 지시를 받은 경우:

1. 키 카드 챙기기: 퇴실 시 객실 키 카드를 꼭 챙겨 가십시오.

2. 문 확인: 손등으로 문과 문손잡이의 온도를 확인하십시오. 뜨거우면 열지 마십시오.

3. 조심스럽게 문 열기: 문이 뜨겁지 않으면, 복도의 연기 유무를 확인하며 조심스럽게 엽니다.

4. 불길 확인 시 대기: 문 밖에 불길이나 짙은 연기가 있다면 즉시 문을 닫고 객실에 대기하십시오.

5. 벽 따라 이동: 대피 시에는 벽을 따라 이동하십시오. 어둡거나 연기가 있다면, 아래층 공기가 상대적으로 깨끗할 수 있으니 벽을 따라 아래층으로 이동하십시오.

6. 조심히 하강: 비상구 문을 열기 전 온도를 확인하고, 계단에 연기가 없는지 주의하십시오. 계단이 안전하면 1층까지 내려가십시오. 하강 중 연기를 마주치면, 연기가 없는 다른 통로나 계단을 찾으십시오. 절대로 짙은 연기를 통과하려 하지 마십시오.

7. 엘리베이터 사용 금지: 화재 경보 시 엘리베이터를 사용하지 마십시오.

비상구가 막힌 것을 발견한 경우:
객실로 돌아가십시오. 계단에 연기가 가득하거나 비상구가 통행 불가능할 경우, 객실이 가장 안전한 장소입니다.

화재를 발견한 경우:

1. 즉시 신고: 객실 내에서 연기나 불꽃을 발견하면 즉시 하우스키핑 센터에 신고하십시오.

2. 비상 버튼 누르기: 복도에 있을 경우, 가장 가까운 비상구附近的 비상 벨 유리를 깨고 버튼을 누르십시오.

3. 화염 격리: 안전한 경우, 화재 발생 구역의 문을 닫아 화염 확산을 막으십시오.

4. 초기 진화: 신변 안전이 보장되는 경우에만 소화기로 초기 화재를 진화하십시오.

5. 신속한 대피: 화재가 커졌다면, 가능하다면 즉시 건물에서 대피하십시오.

6. 키 카드 챙기기: 대피 시 항상 키 카드를 챙겨 가십시오. 객실 내 항상 정해진 위치에 키 카드를 두시는 것을 권장합니다.

숙박 기간 중 다음 사항을 특히 확인해 주십시오:

1. 객실에서 가장 가까운 비상구의 위치.

2. 객실에서 비상구까지의 문 개수.

3. 비상구의 개방 방법과 계단 상태.

4. 가장 가까운 화재 경보기, 소화기, 소화전의 위치.

5. 객실 에어컨 끄는 방법.
